The river "Letälven" in the morning when the air was still a bit hazy and there was no wind. There are no leaves yet but the buds are just waiting to open. When the weather gets warmer they will burst and everything will be green very quickly.

I love the looks of the river Susanne. I will be going to Southern Missouri next week and they do a lot of canoeing in the area where I will be. I hope to get some good shots. If I could get one half as good as this, I would be happy.

Lovely, Susanne... The somber colors, mirrored just a little imperfectly by the breeze, work so well in this image... My mind wants to wander around the bend in the river. I'd love to take a quiet canoe ride downriver...
