The winter still dominates our days, but small signs of spring can be seen If you are observant. The days are longer and the birds have started to sing again. I shot this on a cold but sunny day in february.

My health is much better now and I hope to be back on Caedes fulltime soon. A big Thank you to all of you who have sent me very kind messages. I appreciate it a lot!

All comments are most welcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

Great shot! Glad to know you on the mend, and will be at it full swing again soon. Not too keen on winter, except for the beauty of the frost, ice, and snow.

Susanne - So glad to read your post that you are feeling better. This scene is quite beautiful. I like the sun shining above the roof and the coating of snow on the wall of the house. Well done! Thad

It is so good to hear that you are doing better, Susanne. This is a gorgeous shot of what the wind and snow can do. I love the way it is sticking to the siding of the house. Beautiful lighting, too.

Good to see you back, Susanne. A very nice winter shot with the thick layer of snow on the ground. Good composition too, with the house to one side.

Is there anything better than golden light on white snow? You are quite the master of capturing that beauty.
