The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Looks like the long way home, Susanne. lol I like it when the sun's rays are just hitting the tops of the trees like this. You had enough light left to capture this beautifully snow laden, birch lined road. Looks like a little wind brought down some tree branches too.
Very nice photo of a winter scene, love the sun shine in the trees and the feel of distance in this shot.Plus nice capture of light and shade, well done.
there is no end of beauties,no end of enjoyments,no end of happiness, no end of thoughts in mind, no end of God's gift, and here no end of this snow covered path ............Bijan
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . A wonderful woodland photo, Susanne! The evening light catching the treetops adds a beautiful bit of warmth to the chilly woods. Nice camera work, as well. You've done a great job balancing the light and shadows, and the eye can't help but wander up that road. Well done!
