Maybe right in between. I have left, but just haven't gotten there yet. LOL. I like the tracks leading you through the shot. Beautiful colors too. That sky is very ominous looking. Well done, Susanne.
Susanne, that black sky works magic on this picture. I half expected to see Rod Serling walking into the frame, with cigarette in hand, and telling us, "You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension. A dimension of sound. A dimension of sight. A dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone."
What an AWSOME perspective, and what a great "Eye" for this shot!! The Focus is impecable! But for me, what really makes this image is the SKY!! Really nice Susanne!!
Woo, looks cool, thw black and white sky and the colors of the houses.. if you hadn't literally sucked the colors out of the sky, this would not carry the same impact it now has. Well done!
"We, the Dreamers, are thus alike.
For our dreams we will fight, and we'll write
the future history less bloody than the past,
with our dreams we'll build a peace to last!"

The train line is clear but the sky is not ,it is black dark as if a storm is approaching, a journey with high risk and uncertainity is foreseen ,wheather incoming or outgoing ,...Leaving.. or.. Arriving.. ...............Bijan
The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Wow this is one dramatic looking photography, truly stunning. The colours focus and DOF is second to none. The dark sky give the shot a futuristic look,it like it came from a move.Well done to a stunning photo.
Susanne - The lighting in this image is superb. The darkened sky and side light on the rest of the clearly captured objects are excellent. The eye is led up the track past the far buildings. Coming or going, I am not sure, but the fore or aft view is great. Thad

A terrific shot and very creative post-work, Susanne! I love the light, and your selective use of B&W brings out the colors, particularly the reds, very well in the rest of the photo. I like it! Great job!
