This one, and many others, I found in our garden. They eat leaves but I canīt say they did much damage. I think their "house" looks beautiful. Hope you enjoy.

All comments are most welcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

Very pretty snail. I just wonder, how could you see its lips if they are white or not. LOL Beautiful work, Susanne.

What a coincidence! I was about to post a photo of a snail on a leaf and changed my mind and posted a flower image instead. Good clarity in this good capture Susanne.

Talk to my wife, Susanne, and I think she will tell you a different story about the behaviour of snails in her garden, lol. Like to agree with you however that they are beautiful in their own way.

Good and clear capture.

Regards, Cornelius.

Susanne - As Cornelius states, the snails look pretty, but they can be a nuisance in the garden. You show this one well in this photo. Thad

Beautiful looking photo with stunning detail and spot on focus, plus great composition plus also stunning frame work.I get a lot of these snail in my garden and i am told that they have different in colour depending on were they feed, meaning dark vegetation the dark the shells and light shells on light vegetation. It protect them from predators like birds. They like privet hedges and don't go for your cabbages lol.
