Never try to walk into this kind of land if you donīt know exactly what you are doing. If you step one step on the wrong place you will sink. It is a dangerous but intriguing and beatiful environment. There are many species of both animals and plants living here that you can only find here. It may not look like much but it is a very special environment. Hope you enjoy.

All comments are most welcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

You captured the scene so well, nicely composed, and I wonder if you might have more. This must be something like what is called quick sand, it will suck you up slowly, and the more movement you make, the more quickly you sink. Susanne, this must be a dangerous place, but sure is beautiful. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Thanks for the warning, Susanne. I will stay at home now (lol) and enjoy this wonderful landscape from behind my screen.

I see however that you have survived this adventure, lol again.

Regards, Cornelius.

Very vivid colors in this interesting view. Looks very marshy. I wonder if there are a lot of birds that come here. I would wear long boots if I ever walked in this place.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Really beautiful Susanne - those clouds look like rain to me so more water for the quicksand.

Good lighting in the scene, Susanne. Reminds me of the bogs and mires around these parts.
