A tad dark under the trees, but this often accurs at different angles to the shot!

Wow beautiful photo and not black to me with the lovely colored blue sky bouncing of the waters surfs.Love how the scene is split in half with sunshine and shade,plus lovely depth of field too.

You canīt see the bottom at this place because the water is very dark and deep and also the soil at the bottom has an almost black color. The water looks black and mysterious and that is why itīs called The black river.

Yes, it looks so much better on full screen Susanne. Good reflections and the contrast between the bright area and the dark area makes this a very nice image.
