This photo was taken a month ago. The weather was changing very quickly. I managed to get home before I was all wet, but the wind was blowing so hard that my umbrella turned inside out and broke.

My daughter is right in the path of Hurricane Sandy that is traveling up the east coast of the US. I wish I was there to get pictures, but then again, maybe not. I love the huge clouds and the look of the sunshine on the trees there, Susanne. Gorgeous shot.

The ominous cloud looks great in this scene Susanne. My dad used to say the wind was blowing so hard, it blew the taste right out of his mouth.

I just love weather and dramatic skies. We are currently expecting a direct hit from Hurricane Sandy. Just waiting and praying. I don't think it will produce anything quite as beautiful as you have captured.
