A few blocks from home is Manito Park, the crown jewel of our city. It was designed by the Olmstead brothers who also designed Central Park in NYC. Rolling hills, forested sections, great lawns, a pond and this wonderful spot framed by Manito's well regarded rose gardens. From this vantage the sun was setting off to the left, giving the space an apricot glow that warmed my spirit. Hope it does yours too. Have a beautiful day!
