The sky and a part of the mountain a bit overexposed. Unless it was intentional. But then the foreground with the tree too dark, you can't quite see the details. I guess there is still some space for improvement in a photo editor. Keep trying.

I actually know this mountain .. I was around there about 15yrs ago! Great subject but ...
I dont like the B&W adjustments for this. Too much blown high lights on the mountain side in my opinion. Were you trying for an Ansel Adams look? (Use the PS channel editor for more control)

If this was a typical 'before the rain' type of day in Scotland I would love to see the colour shot. Probably really soft and misty?

The colour shot's pretty light brown and uninteresting. The problem I had was that the top of the mountain which has been cut off due to the excessive B&W adjustment had snow on the top of it. It was also starting to be obscured by a cloud just coming down.

It either ended up as one large mass of uninteresting grey, or the top of the mountain went squiffy.

Reminds me of one of thise Chinese artworks that only use black ink. I think it would be interesting to add a Chinese sort of concept to the bordering of the picture. Very nice shot.
