Turns my notion of greenery upside down, but why not? Why can't leaves be blue and stems be red? Gives one pause to contemplate other things that aren't always as we might expect them to be. This is a pleasant surprise, totally new and remarkably beautiful to me. Thank you.

I am on the same page as Cindy ~ the contrast in colors caught my eye ~ especially the blue & red. Excellent capture Sam.

Hi Sam,
I find the red and blue border very attractive, it really sets the center flowering gum buds.

Great desktop for this Australia day weekend. It sits proudly on my PC - another masterpiece from the flora maestro.

Hi Sam...this is an absolutely magnificent plant!! I have not ever seen it of course, and I am in awe of the colours, as everyone else is also. You got the perfect shot of it too...Every little detail is shown wonderfully. I just adore the red stems..does this little plant have a pretty scent as well? Thank you so much for this beauty..Verena
