The Qaitbay Citadel guarding the Alexandria harbour, Egypt. Built in the 15 Century AD by Al Ashraf Abou Alnasr Seif Eldin Qaitbay Alzahiry (what a name!).

Hmmm, the tilting making it odd and unbalanced. the face on the right and you cut the flag on the top.
But good exposure and color balance.
