background looks okay. it should be a little sharper however, and the sword needs more detail, especially the blade, add a bit of a reflective touch to it so that the picture looks a bit more realistic. good start though.

I like blades, and this one is a really good Idea. However, the blade needs to have more of a "steel" look, something sharper. A red gem in the hilt would do well ... All in all, not bad!

The image as a whole looks great. I actually like the background, but the sword is a little "dull". Reminds me of runescape, but thats a diff story.
