hi, nice picture. i do like the light into the water that goes up, but i specially like the ring of light in the water. hope the see more picture from you :)

I have seen the Bellagio fountains at night and I think it is nearly impossible to catch the event with a still camera....the movement, the sound, and the freshness in the hot desert air. Your shutter speed does a good job of capturing rising and falling water as well as the mist that is generated. I might not have included the hotel facade above, since it looks straight and the fountain looks tilted. Really tough subject, good capture of the water sprays themselves.
