I took this pic of the French River Bridge (Alban, Ontario, Canada) from a nearby snowmobile crossing bridge on Sept. 15, 2007. The French River below was a route that the french explorers and fur traders used in the 1600's. It is an example of Canada's Cambrian Shield showing some of the oldest rock on Earth (preserved even through glacier exposure). This photo was taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XTI and a Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM lens. I took it at 1/200s, F/9, 28mm focal length and ISO 400 (due to the oncoming storm clouds).
