I was going to try and put this into a wallpaper sized image but to hell with it..I liked it as it was :p
I'm actually quite proud of these shots *pats the little camera*, considering my equipment.

This shot shows the path next to the river, running under one of the bridges tunnels...it run around a lovely river walk all the way into town and beyond :)

I think it turned out just fine with this sizing and sometime you do have to day ah what the hell! Very nice and this would probably be one of my frequent walks if i lived there.

Beautiful light spilling through under the bridge and reflecting off the water. You're right about the cropping of this, a full wallpaper size would not have done this image any good. It would have lost all of its intimacy.

This orientation is really nice too. Now I can't decide which one I like best. This is just lovely and well composed.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Oh, I do like this one the best. It has almost all of the best elements of the first one and none of the overexposure at all. Great job!

This looks so great! The composition is very good, with the bridge as a frame, and the river with itīs golden colour and the grasses in front. I like this shot a lot Bonnie!

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

I noticed the sunlight especially reflecting off the bridge itself. Lovely. And a lovely place to walk.

A Magical scene - I think this size is perfect for it. The first once is nice too but this has that 'something special'

Just had a look at "River of Gold" ... nice ... but this shot proves an old adage ... sometimes less is better than more. Love this shot and the perspective taken here. More times than not it pays to go with your "gut" feeling. You liked it the way it was ... so do I. Glad you said "to hell with it" ... now you'll pardon me ... I have to go wash my mouth/fingers with soap. :)
