I've spent some frustrating afternoons trying to capture the atmosphere of one of these bluebell wood and have found it next to impossible. You've certainly got a lot closer than I have, and for that I compliment you. :)
I almost didn't open this, because I thought it was a painting. It is sublime. I lived in Texas for ten years, and these bluebell woods are common there too. Makes me want to go back ...
Then in their trouble they called to the Lord, and He saved them from their distress. He brought them out of their gloom and darkness and broke their chains in pieces. (Psalm 107:13-14)
A lot of great photos are taken by mistake, then found. Don't give up on a failure.
"Don't give up on ten failures. Time to give up on fifty failures." Smile. The world needs it and so do you. :)
I just went through your gallery several days ago. I guess I missed this one. It is lovely. I like the title you gave it. It says it all. The big tree trunk in the center with the vine curling up it's length-that's great detail. Nice work Si...as usual.
