I enjoy blurring the boundaries between styles, so I like the rather fractal feel of this one. It's actually a glass bowl photographed using flash but heavily under-exposed. No manipulation, just a tweak to the tone map to bring out the detail. I hope you like it too :-)

The flash brought out the "stars" effect and adds to the draw of the rendition. I think it could easily be mistaken for a fractal. ;)PJ
