Taken down the river from Grotto Falls. It took quite a bit of effort to get down to this location but it was worth the hike. My girlfriend and I sat on that log for a long time just basking in the surrounding wilderness. This was one of the highlights of my trip to the Smokies, I hope the image does it justice.

Very nice shot, I do like waterfalls and the tree laying across there makes it stand out a little more.

Crazy doesn't even begin to cover it..
Very nice perspective I think I'll stop and take a drink need to figure a way to get cross' that big ole tree. I'll put some magic fairy dust on my hooves, this looks like the perfect place to find a fairy or two so Ill hang round heah bit and take in this outstanding view.

The photo does it justice although you might have more detail in the log if you had dropped the exposure a little. It is a beautiful scene and I like the way you composed it with the log running across like that.
