A creative suggestion..
Curious as to what a Black & White conversion would do to the overall visual impact, and perhaps 'statement' ... that your image makes here?
Compositionally, I think you did well. Although not quite a centered subject ... and perhaps more importantly, not having been there ... the angled light/shadows captured fill the frame (creating some interesting shapes/forms) and complete/complement the placement of the man within frame.
Colours are nice and natural. Exposure is good good.
Caveats.
Do you employ the Burn Tool on the wall of the upper floor, off and up to the man's right (this perspective)?
Perhaps in the editing chair, this might work as well:
Time and opportunity permitting, take a look at "Luminosity Masks", "Luminosity Painting", and that of "Painted Masks" in particular. (Jump into the post processing world of Layers and Masks.. screenshots accompany the text to aid in that end.)
