The Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King (usually known as Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Liverpool, Merseyside, England.
Another truly beautiful place of worship and you've presented it so well Ray. Wonderful shadows and amazing architecture against that lovely deep blue sky.
This is one of the best perspectives on this building I have seen Ray. I like the inclusion of the person as well - gives an idea of the size. What a contrast to the Anglican Cathedral - this one built in 5 years. I helped to build it so I have an affection for it. It was not quite completed when I left but I have been back since.I hope you got some shots of the (in my opinion) beautiful interior.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
