I spent 2 hours walking around Balboa Park here in San Diego. Got some really good pics of the architecture. This tree caught my eye, and of course its blossoms and the bees. Hope you like this one, I'm pretty happy. Used the telephoto: @300mm, f/5.6, 1/400,+0.7ev, RAW Enjoy!

Looks like a Buckfast, to me. Good little honey producer. Nice on-the-job portrait of one of man's best friends. Good little 300mm you have there. You can almost count the veins in that lead blossom.

The subject, in my opinion, which is the bee, is out a little out of focus. Its a good crop and great subject with that fine looking tree.f/5.6 is a good pick had the focus been on the bee.
