I know its misspelled, but its funnier eh? Another from the Seaport Village set. 55mm, f/8, 1/125, +0.7ev, ISO 100, RAW He/she was by no means afraid of me whatsoever, so I was able to get some really clear shots so close! This one is interesting to me as it is a near perfect profile, as though it were and illustration almost. What are your thoughts?

Very good composition, very well rendered. Excellent off-hand shot.

For me there are far to many distracting influences.
The Gull is fine and nicely composed, but a crop right down to eliminate all the far background stuff or use a depth of field effect to throw all the background out of focus, much more than it is, would allow full concentration on the Gull and will create significantly more impact.

Also, squatting down so that the Gull's head was free and clear of that horizontal black stripe would also improve it. The stripe could be cloned out as well but with children and animals/birds, if at all possible shoot from their eye level or lower. They are generally more comfortable if you work at their level.
