This is this mornings sunrise from my back garden. The sky went from lavender to fire over a short period of time it was awsome to see. Hope you like it.

It's gorgeous, Kevin - a shot you can be proud of. Technically right on target and shot at a great time. Well done! - Patty

As has been said this was shot at exactly the right moment. How often do we see a lovely sunrise or sunset and by the time we get organised it has changed. This sky looks like molten gold and makes a very nice desktop.
Was it Red Sky in the morning Shepherds Warning, with rain to follow ?

A great shot! Where is this? I feel as though I should know. Wherever it is, it's great. Lovely colours.
