Here is the fifth image I have created. I kind of put this one together pretty quickly... But it was fun none the less. I hope you enjoy this one and come and check out my others that I have in my gallery.
Hmm ... I happen to think that on first looks ... the expression on your subject here is one of your best. *shrugs*
Personal preference of course, but to me ... it looks very animated ('life-like') and quite natural.
Maybe it is because it is a departure from your others that this one stands out more. Not sure of the why.
And I am sure that you are aware of the elements that might need some more attention in this image, skin tone and so forth ... but, again ... there is a certain appeal for me.
Being somewhat familiar with the software used to create images such as your offering here ... it is not easy to readily convey 'human' emotions. You have and you have done it well, in my mind.
I like the image idea but unless the portrait is painted on a road the shadow across the face doesn't work. Art wise this is a very good creation. Nice job.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

This woman(model) looks a bit like a paperdoll to me, as tho it was cut out and pasted....but I do like the shadow effect, maybe if it were stroking across something other than a womans face.
There is a certain drama put forth by the woman on the right, but by placing the face as you did on the left, I feel it actually takes away some drama, maybe you could put a sultry
kind of semi dark nightclub building there instead of a face...not sure...its not something I'm very familiar with. Verena
