Nice old barn with a lot of growth starting up and covering the one window. Wonder how long it will be before the vines take over and cover the barn and you won't see the barn at all.

There sure are a lot of barn vacancies in your part of Iowa Carol! Its a great shot and a good find. I just feel sorry for it...hehe

Looks like someone planted something white and nice on each side... and it also seems to be very well-built originally. So someone cared a lot for it at one time. Maybe some rich person will buy it, transport it stick by stick 1000 miles to somewhere, and rebuild it into a fancy new modern house! What Barns Dream About, maybe. :) Nice shot!

Interesting shot. The area around the barn looks well manicured, which begs the question, why not the barn?
