I didn't know how to list this, but it is a photo from our grandsons school. He did not paint this however. It is from a Senior Art Show. I thought it really unusual and from a very talented student. It may have been done in chalk. It just caught my eye. Hope you'll take a look see.

A high schooler did this? What a beautiful painting! But I think you're right about it being done in chalk. A wonderful work!

Carol - I expect that this is a young artist who will produce many more fine works. I like how the hair is raised by the wind that is coming from the opened book, and eyes are focused on reading. You photographed it beautifully. Thad
