This is between Iowa and Wisconsin. I took this shot through a window as I parked to watch anything going up the river. This is all I saw that day. I liked the blue sky and water, it was very peaceful just sitting there.

Carol - A quiet day on the river is okay. The composition of this photo is well done. There is a symmetry of the bridge arch and the bend in the river. The parallel lines of the boats and sidewalk, as well as the bridge and the near bank complete the symmetry. I like the colors of this scene as well. Thad

You caught some of the reflection of something in the window, but it still looks great. Very nice, Carol.

Thats a better looking bridge than the one we have in our location. Really a beautiful and peaceful shot Carol!

A lovely looking scene Carol and good composition. Love the colours and lighting. The reflection does somewhat intrude on the scene. Thanks for sharing.

I could sit there for a spell myself and take that in! A great looking scene with that bridge, water, boats and the Stars and Stripes waving in the wind!
Very nice!

Beautiful capture with such colours and composition. That's a great looking place to dock your boats.
