Trying to use a HDR program, guess I have a lot to learn, cause it almost looks like a painting to me.

It certainly does look like a painting Carol. The earth part seems fine with the HDR but I guess you have to figure out how not to get so much in the sky. Don't ask me, cause I don't know how!....lol....Fantastic shot!

Yes, it does have a textured look to it. It looks like a canvas oil painting. That's not a BAD thing. If you have a noise reduction program, that would help. Still, a beautiful shot, Carol.

A pretty scene, Carol. As for the sky, you just need a little less of it for balance. I think we all try to keep the prettiest clouds in the shot, but if there were 2/3rds sky or 2/3rds land, the balance would be perfect. It's often difficult to choose which.

A lovely looking scene, Carol, and a fine view of this landscape. Nice experimentation with the HDR program, could use some softening or noise reduction to cut down on the graininess.
