Hi, Carol...I'm not sure what you uploaded, but the "full sized" version of this posting is just about the same size as the postage stamp view.
The lighting makes this shot as far as I'm concerned. I love the translucence of the petal as well as the direct sunlight on and shadow on the petal. Very good clarity and focus as well.
