The old appears to still be in great condition. Very practical, really, to have two for access in either direction. Fewer accidents too. Perfect time to use the vignetting.
Suggestion #1: Don't take pictures while you're driving. It's dangerous. Suggestion #2: If you insist on ignoring suggestion #1, do like I do and put your seat as far back as possible and steer with your feet while you snap your shots. In this scenario you're screwed if the car in front of you stops.
Wonderful shot of the bridges. I think the vignetting adds a nice touch. But I see a great deal of noise in your shot which makes me wonder if you used ReDynaMix. Not that I know how to use one properly, but a noise reducer like Noise Shampoo can help.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
My first thought was 'these bridges look so familiar'. Would they happen to be the ones going across the Mississippi River to & from LaCrosse, Wisconsin? You did very well shooting through the windshield & I love the color tones you applied as well as the vignetting. Wonderful capture, Carol.
Carol The old bridge on the left looks so much like a lot of bridges around here. Some are in some bad shape. The new one is nice and simple. Very good idea pairing them together for a feeling of new and old. Paul
