Carol, for someone who thinks she can't work a camera or figure out the software, you certainly do post some of the best shots on Caedes. Off the bat I'll get it out of the way and say that you are hereby awarded one "fave". I only get one or I would give you another. I could log out and log back in as Dorothy and give you another "fave", but I believe the moderators might hate my guts even more if I did that.
Lovely colors, excellent clarity and focus. I might have tried a click of contrast, but you know me. I'm famous for spending hours editing a shot and then junking it; so forget the contrast comment. The shot looks fine just as it is. This is the only thing I miss about Iowa. The palm trees here just don't change colors.
Goodness, Carol, you certainly have a lot of color. We started with a small burst, but nothing is happening and peak is supposed to be around the middle to end of next week. Sure hope I don't miss the beauty of the season as represented in your great shot.
I rare see a golden forest, and I don't like autumn, it makes me sad, but the colors are something else. Yes, this is something else. Great shot, my friend.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Great capture of light and golden colours, plus nice depth of field and focus too.I love the look of the ground the trees are grown up from with the gentle like slope.
