As I was passing through Nebraska I spotted this old barn. Not much around it but in the background was a watering tank I think you would call it. The field was dry looking.
Nice composition, Carol. Have to ask you if that's the actual barn shape, or did you use a long telephoto lens. Nothing wrong with the shot. Just never saw a barn that looked foreshortened. The only thing I would change is removing the power pole just because I don't like them :-).
Yes as you say a old barn but it still old a beauty of past times and you captured this barn one hundred present.I can see by the farm equipment it is still in use and the textures in this photo are stunning along with the sharp detail.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
