Yes, it was a lot of work yesterday. Didn't know one little oak could leave this carpet on the yard and the wind didn't help either. Got it done though.
I hate raking, blowing bagging..anything to do with leaves...except for taking pictures of them. You have a great looking shot here, Carol. I love the color saturation and the details. The vignetting works with this image, too.
This is a very good capture of mother nature at work, leaving them on the ground for us to clean up, I have been working in the yard so much lately, using the blower, raking, burning, and mulching. =^..^=tigs♥
I prefer the smell of burning leaves on an autumn day, but people don't do that anymore. You spotted an interesting shot with what nature provided. I can't imagine you raking leaves with a camera slung around your neck. Bravo.

This is one beautiful and crisp looking autumn scene with great looking natural colours, very nice light and stunning detail .Plus it very artistic looking photography too.
Beautiful close up and detail, really like the colours. Yes the oak leafs are big and doesn't take much to produce a lovely carpet like this one. I also have been working in the yard a lot, trying to get ready for the winter
