Fine shot with nice textures in the stone. There's something spooky about the way that sunroom is hanging precariously from the uneven 4x4 posts on the right. But you've gotta love Iowa and those old structures. I should have had a digital camera when I went to school there in the early 70's.

I agree with the commenters above about the textures, Carol. It's not a sophistic hotel with swimming pool and so one, but when I was a farmer spending the night there, I would have felt me at easy there. The surroundings are helpful to that as well. Good one again, my friend!

I find overcast days such as this really are great for capturing details such as this old structure. I think you may want to consult a structural engineer before heading into the sunroom though.
