Don't know what it is, it was very small so had to enlarge it, but thought it would be good for Fridays bouquet. Have a nice week-end.

My PhD in flowerology comes in handy sometimes, Carol. This is a perfect example of the infamous Purple Rose of Cairo. Beautifully detailed work.

Dorothy

P.S. I have no idea what it is.

Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.

---A Bloom!---

Your title is an euphemism, Carol, ☺ .
Your wonderful capture shows however that it isn't just a bloom, but a perfect Foofy Friday contribution.
Good work again! Very well done!

It does look familiar but I can not bring its name to mind.
That matters not at all because whatever its name it is beautiful !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
