Carol, it's anyhow a daisy shaped flower. Because I can't see it's leaves, it's pretty hard to determine its size and therefore the proper name of this perfectly by you captured Foofy Friday image.
Could be a 'Black Eyed Susan', Rudbeckia or even a species of the 'Calendula'. Anyhow a very fine one!
