Thought at first sight, that it was one of the almost uncountable species of an anemone flower, but the shape of the leaves didn't match. I join me in Kathy's thought above, that it's one of 140 accepted species of Gardenia now. Anyhow a wonderful Foofy Friday contribution, Carol!

Apparently our floral experts have provided a name to this flower and I think the soft focus is perfect for its' lovely white petals...marvelous capture, Carol.
