Found this old Plymouth sitting up on the hill just showing off for people going through town this afternoon. It wasn't for sale, guess the family wanted to let people see it. It was in fine shape. It was a 1948 on a note in the window.

These were the old workhorses of that period...I would be proud to sit in this and drive it around my region..

That looks like a Special Deluxe. It has a really interesting paint job on it. The oldest vehicle I had was 1949 Studebaker truck which I tricked out with bucket seats and 454 Chevy engine...it was built like a tank. The old days...good one Carol.

I'm a fan of TCM and their old movies. I always notice the cars, but most of the movies are B/W so I don't get to enjoy the colors.
Glad you left it in color.
