Someone either had lots of time on their hands or paid big to have this painted. Whoever painted it, that person was quite an artist..

I'm happy to know that hippies are there in Iowa to paint your silos. I'm not sure if this would have been possible, but I would have moved to the right to eliminate the street from the shot. In my tiny mind, silos (even ones painted by psychedelic hippies) belong out in the country.

A beautiful painting on both sides. Great art does not only reside in galleries. I wish I had seen this on my travels.

Amazing artwork Carol - I like the bee headed toward the sunflower - I also would imagine many stop to take pictures as that silo is so unique - Great Capture!!!!!!!

Carol, here too the exception confirms the rule: the back of the silo itself is more beautiful than the front. A great 'circular mural' (😁), perfectly captured again!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
