Found in a garden shop last Summer, I never know the names of blooms, only that I find them attractive.

Carol, it's one of the many species of a Gazania.
I agree with you that its name isn't that important. Only its beauty counts.
With your perfect Foofy Friday (F²) macro you proven the latter.
