Still waiting for it to green up. I have one tulip, everything is really slow this Spring. Guess we need rain.

Carol, in Holland we have the saying: "Als er een schaap over de dam is dan volgen er meer." (If one sheep crosses the dam, more will follow). I hope that this saying is valid for your tulips as well.The dam is a beautiful element of your photograph, but it doesn't apply to what I just told about your lonely tulip (😁) . A very beautiful capture, however. I don't think the character of the scene will improve if the rain turns the field into green.
