Good morning Steb
This is a beautiful and peaceful image, and reminds me of 50 years ago when I was growing up in the Snowy Mountains. Only, as a child I was not inclined to get up quite this early :)
It has gone to my favourites and my desktop, and 10/10.
Man has always been awed by the sunkissed mountains, the misty woods, the forming of waves in the ocean & other magical powers of nature. Paradise is always imagined as a place of sweet fragrance & high energy. The aromas used in incense transforms us to this magical world of tranquility in just a few moments helping us to concentrate all our powers & recharge our spirits.
Top notch shot, Steb. I love the long shadow on the forward tree. Wouldn't mind seeing this same vista at another time of day. I don't think I'd tire of it any time soon!
This actually looks like a canvas painting! Just amazing how the sepia tones are there...and "layer upon layer" of landscape....this is a most wonderful capture..Bravo!!
truly magnificent..
the color, the depth of the line trees, the horizont, the fog....beautiful.
congrats on the excelent work.
actually it´s my 1st favorite.
Amazing. It makes me want to step out that window and take a long wonderful journey straight on through until I reach those mountains. Enjoying every layer and color as I go.
love it how you didnt up the contrast on this scene too much, kept the mood perfectly. my favourite part is the tree lower left.
i know this is already a wide panorama, and wouldnt want to bring the sky down more when you gotta keep a 3:4 ratio, but if you get this printed like you definitely should, i think you might consider cropping down a bit of the sky just a tad more, i find my eye wanders off into it too much, taking it out of the picture.
This is a very wonderful shot; it feels serene and the colors are engaging and peaceful. I really love how you have captured the fog in this because of the layers it gives the photo. Thanks for shareing. Cheers!
Superb work, you've captured the mood, colours and tones perfectly. The tree in the foregound on the right seems to have some strange thing growing out the top that defies the laws of physics? Stunning photo.
