Some birds I took when we were in Lambertsbay. Not sure what kinda birds they are, but I think they are lovely. Thanx for popping in and for leaving comments on my work. Susan

They are lovely and I've never seen anything like them either. They look perfectly at home on their little pirch :) Nicely done Susan and thanks for sharing them.

They luck like ducks - only black. Gothic ducks? I do not know, but they look really good. Great shot.

Your visits in my galerie are always welcome. Today I've posted "Kind or Queen?" Maybe you can help me with the answer ...

Comerans I think, they're a diving bird. They disappear into the water then pop up somewhere else with a fish. Great job Susan.

I'm with Mr. Cowardly on this one...I looked them up in google and I found what looked like the same bird under "comerants". Although they were talking about them being in Florida. Don't know, but it's an educated guess anyway :) I like the picture, but I'd be happier if the boats in the background weren't competing with the view of the birds..just my opinion. :)PJ
