Went into my favs right away. Marvelous close up shot of this beauty. Amazing details and colours and clarity. Looks like he's a little sleepy, lol.

I think he is winking at you Susan. I really like how he blends with the tree. I think owls are so cool. Such a great photo. The whole scene is perfect.

Susan, like to say that your wildlife images are that versatile. Not only elephants, but think we've seen meanwhile all the animals of Noah's ark passing by, lol.

I've noticed a lot more owl photos lately, as if for some reason they seem to be allowing themselves to be taken more these days. This is how to take a good one. Good focus, strong colors and contrast, plenty of texture and detail around him. Well done
