I think you have a great idea for a really neat wallpaper piece Jake, but your focus is off on this one. The notes are a bit blurry in the foreground. Did you intend for them to be that way? Maybe I am seeing it wrong? Also, I might have included the entire piece of sheet music or more of your drums....as it is they sort of look like some type of furniture. You are definitely onto something good here though, so don't give it up. Keep trying and keep working on the composition and the focus. Good luck and looking forward to seeing more really soon ! Great comp and really grand idea Jake!! Agree with Mimi though, it's fuzzy which takes away from the overall pic.

A nice composition with some good ideas. I think it could be improved by giving it some warmth, as it is mainly black and white. Maybe changing the black background in the top right corner to reddish black would help, and also making the lighting of the sheet music a little more mellow. But otherwise - keep up the good work.
