They don't call it the Bluewater area for nothing. This is the St. Clair River dividing Michigan from Ontario. This picture is not altered, the water really is blue. The twin bridges over it are called the Bluewater Bridge of course!

Whoa..It's hard to believe this is not the ocean! Rather large impressive waves. That blue is the bluest of blues! The light part of the sky is a nice contrast to the water.I feel energized since viewing those waves! Many thanks for cooling things off :*>

Thanks for the wonderful comments! BossCamper above mentioned that this was where the St. Clair river flows into Lake Huron. He's right, that's exactly where it is. It's amazing to look out on this lake and realize that it's not the ocean!
