It's all about perspective and perception.
The coloration here is so soft and pretty, and the effect is done with a delicate hand, so that if a monet type had thought to do macros, I'm sure he'd have had to contend with your eye...I'm sure he would have wished to have some of our modern techniques to play with. In my faves...thanks for such a bright and sunny post :)PJ
