A big thank you to Patty (ResDesOK). Here is her better version. My background was just too bright. She burned the roof and the ground on the left, cloned in the trees overhead and ran a minus 20 on the midtone. Well done Patty and thank you for a great learning experience! Terry

Much better Terry and thanks Patty for helping out with this. It looks great. It was a beautiful shot from the beginning though with only the brightness of the tin being a bit distracting. Great teamwork!.

Excellent teamwork here you guys. Her face is still just as sweet and the background is much softer. Very well done you two.

I liked the original just as well, too, but now I have two versions!! This is a great closeup! Thanks, Terry, for doing all the hard work! You just can't beat cows - and what would you expect from a person who was raised in Wisconsin? LOL Moooooo :)

I'm sorry, but I don't see another version of this. I thought maybe I missed it somehow, but it's not in the gallery so I can't speak to improvements, but I can say this is a wonderful animal portrait. It's crisp and clear and I love that 'in your face' perspective and the expression on the cow's face. Priceless!

Darn, I missed the first version. No matter, I like this one very much. Who knew that cows were so photogenic?! Great capture with loads of character and interest. The background is lovely and is a perfect setting for the curious curly top. As Cynlee said, the 'in your face' perspective and expression is priceless.

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

I don't normally think of cows as being pretty, but this one sure is. I think she likes having had per picture taken. Excellent post and rework.
