This uniquely painted house doesn't look out of place on the beautiful tree lined street it sits on.

WOW Terry, looks like a strawberry sundae ;) It's beautiful and the hanging baskets are glorious. Lovely post with color and clarity. Nicely done.

I'll be that's a very colorful neighborhood, then, Terry. Love the composition, too. Very nice! - Patty

I love a painted lady. We have a number of them around this area and I was thinking of doing a series on them, and seeing this wonderful take, I just may. Your perspective is nice and solid in the way that you've positioned us to see the interesting side view of the house, and the way it fills the whole viewing area. It deserves all the attention it is being show here, and you're right. If there are a number of these lovely trees lining this street, they can only show off the tender pinks and delicate touches of blue this old lady is decorated with. The flowers add as much pizazz to this photo as does the dark red maple, just seen on the left, the wide porches and of course, that surprising stained glass window. I always think of churches and stained glass, as I know others do :) but it works so well to compliment this structure, as it carries through with the theme of light blue to accent the various shades of the blushes of pinks. In my faves :)PJ

I wish it were mine. I"ve seen a few of these lovely houses lately. The architecture in NE is like that on many old houses and the owners paint the different ornamentations different colors and they are so pretty. I like the pink. Beautiful Terry. I think we like the same things.

it is a beautifull house indeed, but, the color pink is a bit to much pink for my liking.
maybe the girls will apreciate the color more than i do, never the less a fine image !

I love Victorian houses. This reminds me of Battery Row in Charleston where their streets are lined also with colorful houses. Very pretty photo Terry.

Wow, that's unique all right and it suits the house to perfection! Reminds me of a child's dollhouse. 100% pretty :)
